The ReMarkable Paper Pro features a color display and 1.8Ghz quad-core Cortex-A53 processor, an upgrade from the 1.2Ghz dual-core on the ReMarkable 2 — the brand’s previous model. There are handful of integrations for practical apps for work such as Google Drive and Slack, but if you’re not familiar with ReMarkable, keep in mind that this isn’t a tablet designed for entertainment or scrolling the web. The point here is to resemble real paper and keep distractions at a minimum. 

The Paper Pro<!–> is also larger than the ReMarkable 2–>, with an 11.8-inch display (up from 10.3 inches). It also features a backlight and support for color through its custom display stack based on E Ink Gallery 3, for more room to write and draw.

I gave this a 4/5 since the discount on the bundle is significant enough to be called out. If you’ve had your eye on a Paper Pro but weren’t keen on the price, I recommend springing for a refurbished device while it’s on sale to maximize savings.
