Meta’s Quest 3S is a great entry point into the world of virtual reality. It’s better than the Quest 2, introducing several improvements to “performance, capabilities, and user experience,” according to ZDNET managing editor Kerry Wan, who reviewed the device in 2024. Its flexible, Y-shaped head strap allows for free movement while sitting securely on your head. The Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 chipset allows the device to load apps faster than its predecessor, stable frame rates, and a two-hour battery life.
