Google’s latest flagship phone line, the Pixel 10, has arrived: On Wednesday at its Made by Google event, the company unveiled the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The new phones are the first to get Pixelsnap wireless charging, Google’s version of Apple’s MagSafe on the iPhone. They also include an upgraded Tensor G5 processor, which Google says is 60% more powerful than the previous version, 30-hour battery life, and Gemini AI support.

Google’s new Pixel 10 Pixelsnap case lets you easily connect your new phone to a magnetic charger, similar to Apple’s MagSafe accessories. Since the case is designed by Google for the new phones, you’ll also get multiple color options that match the phones exactly, in Obsidian, Indigo, Frost, Lemongrass, Moonstone, Porcelain, and Jade, depending on which Pixel 10 model you choose.
ZDNET reviews editor Kerry Wan went hands-on with the new Google cases, and noted that the quality seems similar to Google’s previous silicone covers. “They’re fairly sturdy, soft to the touch, and still very susceptible to picking up dust and lint,” he said.
They’re also on the pricier side, at $50 for the Pixel 10, 10 Pro, and 10 Pro XL (there’s also a $70 version for the 10 Pro Fold). But if you’re looking for a solid option for easier charging (that also is an exact color match to your Pixel), we’d recommend Google’s own case.
