The Apple Watch Series 10 just hit its best price ahead of Memorial Day – here’s where

With the unofficial start to summer incoming this weekend, now’s a great chance to scoop up one of Apple’s health-tracking smartwatches for its best price yet during early Memorial Day sales. Select models of the 42mm Watch Series 10 are on sale for $299 (save $100) at Amazon and Walmart<!–>, like the Light Blush Sport Band model.

Plus, you can snag a majority of other sizes and colors of the Apple Watch Series 10 for $329 (save $70), and the larger 46mm–> face is even discounted to $329 at Walmart<!–> and Amazon as well in select styles, a $100 savings. Best Buy–> doesn’t currently have any deals on either Watch Series 10 model.

I’ve been covering Apple Watch sales for over two years at ZDNET, and I don’t recommend waiting to buy any model watch if you’re in the market. Deals typically sell out quickly, as do band sizes and color options. This model may drop in price later in the summer as we inch closer to September (when Apple typically releases new models), but it’s been selling for $50-$70 off since October last year, so this $100 off price on select 42mm and 46mm models is legitimately a good deal.

Plus, it’s one of the better Apple deals I’m seeing this week while covering Memorial Day sales across retailers.

That info makes this $299 price quite good. It matches the lowest price I’ve seen the Watch Series 10 sell for since its release, which was first offered during Presidents’ Day, and it directly edges out the $70 savings I saw during Black Friday sales. Don’t miss out on these seasonal savings. Based on my expertise, I don’t anticipate this model to get any cheaper until at least July Prime Day, but we’ll have to wait and see.

You can shop these savings at several retailers. Here’s an easy breakdown of my favorite Watch Series 10 offers right now.

The newest Apple Watch Series 10 is a step up from last year’s Series 9 and is the best model you can buy behind the Apple Watch Ultra 2.

The Apple Watch celebrated its 10th birthday this past April, and Apple gave the Series 10 a new look back in September 2024 to celebrate. The Series 10 has a larger screen size, a thinner build, a new sleep apnea detection feature, and a new finish. ZDNET’s Matthew Miller tested the Watch Series 10 in October 2024 and was impressed with its latest features.

“After trying the new Jet Black 46mm Apple Watch Series 10, I wouldn’t go as far as to say it beats the Watch Ultra 2, but the newer model certainly offers compelling features that will likely appeal to most users. Here’s what I liked about the latest Apple Watch and what could be done better going into next year,” Miller says in his review.

How I rated this deal

Based upon ZDNET’s detailed rating system, this 25% off deal corresponds to a 3/5 Editor’s deal rating. However, I’ve been covering Apple Watch sales extensively for the last two years, including during the busiest sale events of the year (Black Friday, Prime Day, and more). The Watch Series 10 has been available on and off for $50-$70 off for most of 2024 and 2025. These $100 savings are only the second time I’ve seen them surface, and drop the watch to its lowest-price-ever. I popped this deal up to a 5/5 Editor’s deal rating. It’s a great offer and one of the best I expect to see until we inch closer to summer sales, where there may be the potential for even more savings as we gear up for the possibility of new watch models in September.
