These bundle savings couple great with the preorder offers Samsung is already offering on the new S25 Edge, which including double the storage for free thanks to $120 off the 512GB model.
The new smartphone was announced at yesterday’s virtual Samsung Unpacked event. Its ultra-thin design was designed to compete with upcoming releases from other tech giants like Apple and create a more compact, airy device.
And this device is light. It’s the lightest Galaxy S phone to date, measuring 5.8 mm in thickness and weighing 163 grams. However, it still performs just as well as any smartphone, but it makes some compromises with its cramped form factor.
ZDNET’s smartphone expert Kerry Wan went hands-on with the phone and was shocked by its light build, but noted some caveats.

“With the Galaxy S25 Edge, you’re looking at a 3,900mAh battery (100mAh less than the smallest Galaxy S25), a dual-camera system (instead of three) that includes a 12MP ultrawide sensor, a larger vapor cooling chamber for improved thermal management, and 25W wired charging,” he said. “It’s very clear where Samsung cut corners with this model, but the question is, how much will they impact real-world experience?”

The Samsung Galaxy Ring was released last year but remains a tried-and-true ZDNET favorite, as it has a spot on our best smart rings list. It tracks your activity, sleep, and even stress to make life more manageable.

The ring is also super polished and compact, so a smart ring may be a better option if you dislike the feel of smartwatches. The form factor is also very sleek, so you might feel better about wearing it during more formal occasions. It has a seven-day battery life, so there is no need to charge very often.
ZDNET editor-in-chief Jason Hiner also tested the device and found its insights more actionable than his Apple Watches.
