We’ve been fans of Samsung Galaxy smartwatches for a while, but if you’re still unconvinced, we found a deal to help tip the scales. Right now, T-Mobile is offering seven select Samsung Galaxy smartwatches<!–> (including the Galaxy Watch8 Classic and the Galaxy Watch Ultra) for free or up to $400 off when you add an eligible wearable line.

Samsung Galaxy watches are known for their running and sleep coach capabilities, and the latest models use a lot of AI tech to monitor and give recommendations on antioxidant levels, vascular load, ECG, sleep apnea detection, and body composition.

The Watch 8 Classic even told ZDNET writer Matthew Miller to “eat 10 blueberries” and is coaching him through 10 levels of workouts. Of course, the watch isn’t a medical professional or a fitness coach. ZDNET editor Nina Raemont noted that the Antioxidant Index “feels like something is missing: some context, or accuracy functionality that makes it less of a health gimmick.” Still, in her review, Raemont rated the Galaxy 8 higher than comparable smartwatches from Apple and Google.

One thing I appreciate about the Samsung Galaxy watches is the variety of their styles that can appeal to analog and ultramodern aesthetic preferences alike. The Galaxy Watch8 Classic has a traditional-looking interface, but its rotating bezel lets you quickly and easily access your favorite apps. Other models available in the promotion include the Galaxy Watch Ultra (which lasts up to two days in Exercise power-saving mode and up to 100 hours in power-saving mode), and the Galaxy Watch 7, which doesn’t have all the AI bells and whistles of the 8, but is still a solid option.

Every watch is priced differently and depends on exactly what you’re looking for (like unlimited data and storage capacities), but when you start a new watch line with T-Mobile, you’ll get up to $400 off in monthly credits. For example, the Galaxy Watch8 44MM<!–> is currently available for $0.83 per month for 36 months due to the promotion. Like many mobile carrier offers, you’ll receive the offer via bill credits each month.

This promotion applies to new and existing T-Mobile customers, meaning that even if you’ve never purchased through T-Mobile before, you can still take advantage of this deal – it only requires opening a new watch line. It’s important to note that not all monthly payments are under $1, but all of the Samsung Galaxy smartwatches–> apply up to $400 in credits.

How I rated this deal

I recommend utilizing this offer if you’re looking for a Galaxy smartwatch. It’s hard to determine the exact savings without inputting personal information to see how your plan will be priced, but up to $400 off is an excellent discount, no matter how you slice it. Of course, you’ll have to pay for a T-Mobile watch line, but this is still a nice way to save a few dollars if you’re looking for cellular services on your smartwatch.
