Amazon’s October Prime Day sale is here, which means savings on popular tech products and devices, such as Kindle e-readers. But you can also find savings on services, such as Kindle Unlimited.

During Prime Day (Oct. 7 and 8), eligible Amazon Prime members can get Kindle Unlimited at no cost for three months–which means no paying for the subscription until January 2026. Kindle Unlimited<!–> grants you access to unlimited digital and audio books on any device, including any Kindle e-reader (which are also on sale this Prime Day) or other devices like an iPad.
This offer saves you about $36, as a Kindle Unlimited subscription would regularly cost you $12 a month. However, current and past Kindle Unlimited users are not eligible for this offer, and only new users will be able to save.
Kindle Unlimited is usually available as a one-month free trial, or sometimes a Kindle device can be purchased with a three-month free trial. After the trial expires, you will be automatically renewed and charged the standard $12 monthly fee plus taxes unless the subscription is canceled.

Unlike other e-reader subscriptions I have tried out over the years, Kindle Unlimited by far has the most titles. You can access classics, new releases, indie authors, comics and graphic novels, magazines, and more. It’s like having your entire bookshelf in the palm of your hand, and personally, it makes me read a lot more than I normally do.
Kindle Unlimited also learns your preferences based on the books you read, so it will give you more suggestions that you are more likely to read next.
Since fall is the ultimate time to cozy up with a good book, this Kindle Unlimited–>deal is definitely one you want to snag this Prime Day.

How I rated this deal
Since this offer is two months longer than the standard one-month free trial, I’ve given it a 4/5 Editor’s deal rating. While it’s not as accessible as other Kindle Unlimited deals I’ve seen throughout the year, it’s still a great introduction to the service and gives you more time than usual to decide if it’s the right choice before the regular rate kicks in.
Plus, it’s accessible on a multitude of devices–not just Kindles.
This Kindle Unlimited offer comes and goes a few times a year, especially during peak sale periods. It’s available now for eligible Prime members until further notice.
